Our service includes a free initial on site visit to discuss clients’ requirements.

If we are successful in our tender for the architectural works then we will prepare highly professional drawings for your approval and provide you with the free estimate of the work required.

We pride ourselves to provide a complete service – from initial consultation with the client, to performance of construction work along with project management and finally through to completion of a project.

Getting planning permission needn’t be scary –Impact Design + Build Ltd takes its Clients through this process in a professional and smooth way.

Impact Design+ Build Ltd acts as an Agent for its Clients and submits the planning applications via eplanning website which is managed by the Government in partnership with all planning authorities.

Building Control applications are also prepared and submitted by our company to the relevant authority along with liaison with Councils to make sure the approval is granted in a fast and efficient way.

Preparation of the Design/Drawings

  • Initial meeting with the Client to get an understanding of their expectations and requirements;
  • Preparation of the first draft drawings following on from a site survey.
  • Meeting with the client to discuss their thoughts on the first draft design works in accordance with their design brief and making amendments as required;
  • Preparation of the final drawings;

Discuss budgets and relative costs involved in the new project.

  • Obtaining Planning Permission.
  • Preparation of structural drawings, specifications/tender documents.
  • Submission drawings to the local Council for ‘Building Control’ approval.
  • Liaison with the Planning and Building officers once works commence on site as necessary

If we are successful with our building tender then we will refund the architectural drawing fees.
